We have a no smoking policy in the House.
No Alcohol allowed on the premises unless served by an insured bar service. Cocktails LLC, Weymouth is our house bar service.
All rentals are unstaffed. A staff member is on call during the time of the rental after meeting the renter and opening the house for the event. We supply, setup and breakdown the tables and chairs.
You and your guests can park on both sides of the house in our driveways. We suggest that you enter from Hight St into the Allin Church driveway, which is the left of the house, parking on either side of the driveway leaving the center lane open to exit to Hight st. You can also park facing the gym, 5 cars across the front of the gym facing the windows. On the other side of the house, enter from the intersection of High and Ames St at the lights and park along the edge of the driveway on both sides where the stones and the flagpole are located. You can also park along the front facing the field, 4-5 cars across the front facing the field. Exit this parking area to Ames st not High st.. There is also parking in front of the house up and down High St.
